Sage Creek offers both Commercial and Residential Environmental Services. EPA and Municipal Storm water regulations are a large area of exposure for Homebuilders and General Contractors. We provide Storm Water / Soil Erosion Control Installations and Maintenance to help keep your project and company operating within its permit and developed storm water plan before, during and after construction activity.
- Storm Water and Soil Erosion Control Measure Installations
During Land Development and Active construction we can install required control measures as laid out in your Permits and Storm Water Plan to keep you in compliance.
- Routine Interval Site Maintenance (Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly)
Throughout the construction process we can come out to your site on a regular basis and make corrections based on inspection reports and client direction. Additionally, our team is trained to identify any conditions that are not in compliance and bring them to the attention of the client for proper repair.
- SWMPs and SWPPPs updates upon any installation and or maintenance activity
We delineate the work performed so that you can easily and efficiently update your logbooks and provide accurate records for corrective actions and regular maintenance.
- Post Storm Event Site Maintenance and Clean Up
After weather related events we check each sites installed controls and make any corrective actions required to stay in compliance.
- Active and Post Spill Event Clean Up
In the event of a discharge incident we are equipped to immediately mobilize a team and install control measures to stop any additional damage and begin mitigation on any existing cleanup required.
- Concrete Washout Area Installation and Clean Outs
We can provide new install of lined or unlined concrete washout areas for long-term use. We can perform regular maintenance as well as the removal of the washout waste concrete during construction
- Street, Curb and Gutter Sweeping
Our Skid Steers are equipped with sweeper heads capable of sweeping your entire streets to ensure a clean looking construction site each week. Additionally we have attachment arms able to reach the tight areas of the flow lines to keep your flow lines clean and debris free.
- Dewatering
We can provide pumps, dewatering bags and any other equipment needed to empty out foundations, open holes or other areas in need of dewatering.
- Field Mowing
We have 2 full sized field mowers and can assist in maintaining vegetation on any building lots and future development areas. |
