--- STORMWATER TEAM ---


As a member of the Stormwater Team you are part of our front line workers and you will be out on jobsites installing Silt Fence, fixing Erosion Control BMP inspection items amongst other items throughout construction sites. You are the day-to-day face of the company and the members of our company working directly in front of our customers. Stormwater Team members report to the Stormwater Team Leader for daily direction on fixing and or repairing and installing erosion control BMP’s.

• The Stormwater Team is responsible for showing up to the yard on time, with a good attitude in proper work attire each workday dictated by current and future weather and as directed by their respective crew leader.

• The Stormwater Team is responsible for loading the material and tools needed as directed by the Stormwater Team Leader each morning

• The Stormwater Team will be responsible for sweeping, digging, blowing hammering and other general duties as needed to complete the job.

• The Stormwater Team is responsible for safe work practices as designated in the Sage Creek Safety Manual.  

• All team members are required to follow OSHA requirements while you are on the clock and at any jobsite. All team members are required to wear PPE at all times in and out of machines. Safety Vests or Safety Outerwear will be worn at all times.  

• As a member of the Stormwater team along with everyone else on your team you are responsible for helping make sure all trucks and equipment are ready for transport; all toolboxes are latched, tools firmly strapped and secured. The entire team is responsible for all tools and equipment on the truck.  

• The Stormwater Team must be able to work 5-6 days a week (1 Rotating Saturday per Month per Crew) in all types of weather and be able to lift 50+ pounds multiple times a day.


--- STORMWATER TEAM DRIVER ---

CDL Drivers Wanted 

The Stormwater Team Driver is a member of the Stormwater Team who reports to the Crew Leader on a day-to-day basis. In addition to the normal Stormwater Team Job duties the Driver has additional responsibilities over the truck and heavy equipment used by his team on the job. 

• The Stormwater Team Driver is responsible for performing a visual inspection of the Truck and Equipment and filling out the appropriate Log Sheet at the beginning of each workday.  

• It is the responsibility of the Stormwater Team Driver to turn in the vehicle and equipment log sheets to the Storm-water Manager weekly.

• It is the responsibility of the Driver to schedule all repairs and or perform minor repairs to the trucks and equipment while under his responsibility.  

• The Stormwater Team Driver is responsible for power washing the trucks bi-weekly and on an as needed basis if the equipment becomes overly muddy while on the job. 

• The Stormwater Team Driver is responsible for Securing the machinery, material and tools needed as directed by the Stormwater Team Leader each morning prior to leaving the yard and at each job. After all tools, material and equipment are loaded it is the Drivers responsibility to make sure the loads are 100% secured and covered as required by CDOT

• The Stormwater Team Driver will also be responsible for sweeping, digging, blowing hammering and other general duties as needed to complete the job.

• The Stormwater Team is responsible for safe work practices as designated in the Sage Creek Safety Manual.

--- STORMWATER TEAM LEADER ---

The Stormwater Team Leader is responsible for each member of his Stormwater Team and ensures his crew is able to perform its daily tasks with minimal interruptions. The Stormwater Team Leader makes certain the jobs are being completed and the customer’s needs are satisfied. The Stormwater Team Leader is accountable for the execution of his team throughout the day.  

• The Stormwater Team Leader is responsible for reading the daily paperwork (Inspection Reports and PO’s) and directing the crewmembers as to what materials and the amounts that will need to be loaded on the truck for the day’s activities. 

• The Stormwater Team Leader is responsible for communicating to the storm-water manager any questions or concerns about the job, materials or paperwork and is responsible for obtaining clarifications as needed to complete the job as listed on the work order packet.

• The Stormwater Team Leader is responsible for making sure the material and tools his crew needs to complete each job are loaded on the truck prior to leaving the yard.

• The Stormwater Team Leader will need to fill log sheets tracking the work performed per lot and block and address as listed per project

• The Stormwater Team Leader is responsible for obtaining jobsite superintendent signatures for forms upon 100% completion of work. Signatures are required in order to have 100% completed paperwork.

• The Stormwater Team Leader is responsible for identifying Inspection Numbers and tracking any extra items, deliveries, and special requests made by superintendents. The Stormwater Team Leader is responsible for notating these items on the log sheets, which are to be turned in as part of 100% completed paperwork to be used for billing.  

• The Stormwater Team Leader is responsible for taking pictures of completed work to be submitted as documentation of completed work. 

• The Stormwater Team Leader is responsible for helping identify any trades or situations causing damage to installed BMP’s and providing solutions on possible fixes.

• The Stormwater Team Leader is responsible for communicating and working directly with the Jobsite Stormwater Manager prior to starting any work on the site and is required to communicate any additional items required for repair and document additional items not on the reports .

• The Stormwater Team Leader is responsible for checking email and ensuring they are using the most up to date copies of the Inspection Reports as they come out from the 3rd party inspection companies.

• The Stormwater Team Leader is responsible for turning in 100% completed paperwork to the Storm-water Manager each morning for the previous days work. 

• All team members are required to follow OSHA requirements while you are on the clock and at any jobsite.  

• All team members are required to wear PPE at all times in and out of machines. Safety Vests or Safety Outerwear will be worn at all times.  

• The Stormwater Team Leader must be able to work 5-6 days a week (1 Rotating Saturday per Month per Crew) in all types of weather and be able to lift 50+ pounds multiple times a day. 

The Stormwater Team Leader must be able to read and write in English. Bi-Lingual is a plus.
